Present policy will be applicable to those users that facilitate personal character data to Tirma through the website, as well as every physical person that facilitates his personal data through the available channels for it.

Registered in the Merchantile Registry of Las Palmas in the page 167 from the Volume VII of Societies, sheet 312, 1st record.
Categories of Personal Data subject to treatment
Personal Data retrieved from forms and documents enabled by Tirma, S.A. (Tirma from this point fordward) is data for identification purpose (name, surname, ID, address, email), finance and economical data (bank account number, credit/debit card), academical data (studies, certifications) and professional data (experience).
As a general rule and with the exception of the specification of the contrary en the form or documento in which data is collected, this data will have mandatory characted for the adecuate purpose of every case. The absence of the data considered as mandatory will mean the imposibility to attend the request of the interested person.
Treatment of Personal Data and Duration
Personal data facilitated by the interested person will be treated with the next purposes:
- Administering the information requests from the user. Personal data from the information requesters will be treated with the only purpose fo attending these requests, under limits established by the law, and for supplying the required information. These personal data will be manteined as long as they will be needed to manage the request y the likely responsibilities derived from it, after what they will be destroyed.
- Managing of the processes of employee reclutement for public employment offers. Personal data from employement applicants y from those people participating in reclutement processes will be treated with the only purpose of candidate selection and managing of the requests for public employement offer announcements. Their data will be preserved as long as it is legally established, after what they will be destroyed.
Identified data treatments will be carried out as long as they will be needed for the expected purpose of every case. After this, they can be stored as long as they can be needed for the fulfillment of legal obligations. After their expiration, it will be eliminated and/or erased.
Legitimation of the personal character data
As a general rule, personal data treatment by Tirma will respond to the free consent if the interested person, which should be explicitely manifested through available channels.
This consent is revocable in any moment, and for this it should be manifested through available channels for the exercise of the rights (by written communication to Avenida de Escaleritas, 104, 35011 (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Las Palmas), or by email to [email protected]).
Cession, communication or data transfer to third parties
In fulfillement of a legal obligation, your data can be communicated to the Public Administration and other entities of jurisdictional nature, when they were required for this.
Tirma does not make and is not planning to make international data transfers to third parties. In the case of doing so, they will be carried out in fulfillment of legal previsions, recommendations and instructions estableshed for this purpose by the current normative and the supervisory authority.

Rights of the interested people regarding to Data Protection
According to the current normative of Data Protection, we inform that the interested people have the next rights:
• Right of access. Includes the right to ask to the responsible of the data treatment in order to know whether their data is being treated and the purpose of them, as well as obtaining a copy of them.
• Right of rectification. Includes the right to the rectification of the inexact or incomplete personal data without inappropiate dilation to the Responsible of the treatment.
• Right of portability. Includes the right to request the delivery of the personal data in a structurated format of common use, mechanical reading and interoperational, and that can also be transmitted to other responsible, as far as the treatment was based in the consent or the execution of a contract.
• Right of supression. Includes the right to request the supression of their personal character data in the next suppositions:
- They are not necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
- They are based on consent.
- You have exercise your right of opposition.
- The data was treated illicitally.
- The data should be supressed as a consequence of a legal obligation.
- They were obtained in relation with the offer of services from the information society.

- When it is destinated to direct marketing.
• Right of limitation of the personal data treatment. Consist of the right to request limitation in the treatment, having the ability to request the suspenssion of the data treatment or data preservation for other purpose.
• Right to not be used in automated decisions. This right pretends to guarantee that you were not be used in a decision based exclusively in the data treatment, including profiles elaboration, that could incuur in juridic effects over you or affets you significatively in a similar way.
The intersted person can exercise its rights in the condition of affected person, in the terms expected by the normative, as well as present a claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
